amazing location and good room!
convenient location easy access
i found the location super convenient and near many restaurants. i had easy access to the city center, just a few minutes to local stores, that was cool. i liked that the room had everything i needed for my overnight stay, perfect. i could get into the hotel easily too.
i think the heater need a improvement. it was too complicated for me to work it. it kept cutting in and out, and it didn't heat the room since it switched off.

the staff was helpful and i contacted them by phone, they were available. they were communicating and that was useful for me. they had attention to my requirements and demands, everything was smooth.

the room was clean and modern decor was everywhere, i liked that. the bed was comfortable, and the lamps gave a nice light. also, the door unlocked with a code instead of a key and this is ideal.
Facilities

the hotel had a dryer and an iron, a good service. the en-suite shower worked very well and was private. the room had tea facilities, including a kettle. the hotel has good communication.

many restaurants were close to the hotel, it was very convenient. it takes only a few minutes to local stores, so it is easy. i was near pubs too, and can walk easily to some of them.

clean room ensuite bathroom
The room was clean. it looked like it had been recently renovated. having a fridge was also a bonus. I could store chilled drinks and food. it is always lovely to have an ensuite bathroom!!!

spacious room comfortable bed good location steep stairs non-functional tv missing wifi
I had a lovely spacious room, i thought the bed was very comfortable. the location proved good. Several restaurants and pubs were nearby. it was quite close to the cruise center terminal and within decent walking distance to the train station and shopping centers
The stairs up to the room were curved and quite steep. This made getting my suitcases up and down very difficult. the tv did not work at all. There were no channels, and no streaming service worked. there was no wifi either. so disappointing

Acceptable But Flawed Stay
difficult entry low shower pressure
The main door was difficult to unlock late one night. I rang the number listed, but no one answered. I had to bang to wake someone to let me in. the room was small. Shower pressure was not great, which wasn't ideal.
