the location suited my needs as a traveller. i found the staff cute and helpful (they quickly addressed a minor issue with the tv). the room size was good, and i appreciated having a quiet space to relax after a long day.
the carpets showed a bit of wear.

The hotel name was not displayed anywhere, making it slightly confusing upon arrival.

the staff assisted me well with my late arrival. the bathroom was a good size. i found a convenient hot drinks station in the room. the water pressure in the shower was great.
the main issue was the general information that stated rooms are soundproofed. i found this to be untrue as it was quite noisy. the window in my room had a crack.
