The staff accommodated a late dinner order after a long day. They were friendly and made sure we could eat. The comfortable bed was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel.

The shower pressure was low. The bathroom could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning.

the staff accommodated a late arrival very well especially as i was cycling king alfred's way they were very friendly and made sure i could eat after a long day on the bike the food in the restaurant was very good too

the bathroom didn't lock properly it needed some force to open after shutting

the staff were very friendly and cute. i thought the tea making facility, including the mini fridge with fresh milk, was a nice touch. we had a lovely meal one evening, the portions for both starters and main course were very generous (i was so full afterwards!).

the accommodation felt a little tired. i noticed peeling paint on the bathroom wall and some mould in the shower. the bed wasn't the most comfortable, and i felt the room could use an update. it was a shame the bathroom didn't lock properly.
