The staff was quite helpful. They promptly addressed my inquiries. the room included a california king bed. It ensured ample space. i found a big c and starbucks conveniently located across the street.
The door lock was of an older design. I had some initial concerns about security.

the staff was super helpful and kind during my first solo trip! they guided me with directions and recommendations to amazing places. i found the staff very attentive and friendly too.
the gym could be improved, it had mostly cardio equipment with a limited weight set.

The room was quite spacious and featured a very comfy bed, i slept very well! the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was easy to adjust the temperature to my liking. there were also two different pillow thicknesses available.

The location is great. Big c supermarket and starbucks are right in front of the building, so convenient! grab bikes are easily accessible just outside the hotel, made getting around simple. it took me around 10 minutes to walk to the bts ekamai station.

The hotel's coffee space had amazing addictive biscuits available. I really enjoyed this feature. while there isn't a full breakfast service, the snacks and coffee they offer are a nice touch. starbucks is conveniently located nearby for more options.

Wi-fi worked perfectly throughout my stay. I could easily stream and browse. the rooftop restaurant wasn't open until later, so i couldn't use it. It was a minor inconvenience.

the staff be friendly and helpful during my solo trip. my room was clean. the grab and go coffee and snacks are a nice touch. the location are convenient, it be walking distance to the bts station.
the light were dim in the room. the noise level was bad at times. sometimes i hear noise in the hallways and this wake me up.
