terrible pressuredeep cleaning
the shower's water pressure was deficient. sometimes, it was just a trickle, i must say the bathroom required a thorough deep cleaning. also, the rooftop pool was not very clean. people smoked weed there. twice.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight. It gave a lovely view of the city. Check-in was quick. Linen was changed daily.
The air conditioning unit made a lot of noise, preventing sleep during the night when turned on. I felt that the room got very hot when I switched it off.

The staff provided good customer service and were very helpful with requests. They provided assistance. with directions. It was a relief to have such proactive assistance at all times.

The room was super clean and simple with cotton sheets. There was a free water dispenser in reception. This reduced plastic use. I was able to refill my flask. The room was clean.

The rooftop pool provided a tranquil escape. i enjoyed a refreshing swim under the sun. the coffee shop in the reception offered delicious drinks. I especially liked the iced latte. the hotel is close to several local eateries. This made finding tasty meals easy.
The shower was not very clean. I noticed some grime. the air conditioning was not effective. I found it hard to cool the room. the toilet did not flush properly. It was a minor inconvenience.

The pool was clean and available. Rooms were spacious and cleaning service came daily. The metro is about a ten-minute walk from the hotel, so it's really convenient. Staff members were always ready to assist, even though I don't speak the local language.
The power sockets were in odd spots, slightly inconvenient to plug in my kettle.
