The staff were helpful and polite . I really appreciated that it was easy to communicate in English. The hotel is close to a BTS station and several convenience stores, which I found very convenient. I was given two complimentary water bottles daily.
The absence of a balcony or operable window was a drawback for me. I prefer fresh air and found the closed ventilation system a bit stuffy. It.
