Fantastic Find in Central Location!
excellent soundproofingcomfy bedsdisappointing customer service
This location is superb! Plenty of restaurants are available right on the doorstep. The staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. The window glazing provides excellent soundproofing. Comfy beds are in a really nice room.
Sadly, the customer service was very disappointing. I stayed on two occasions, and the first was okay. The second stay made me wait 45 minutes at check-in. Reception asked where I was from and seemed unsure.

I appreciated the excellent location, made exploring so easy. The room was also very nice and neat, with a good bathroom. I was allowed to leave my bags after checkout at reception. The reception staff were both helpful and pleasant.
The soundproofing to adjacent rooms WAS poor.

the location was very nice.
i paid extra for a room with a good view. instead, i got a room with no view other than restaurant canopies. the window was the smallest in the hotel and against an inner wall.. it was furthest from what i wanted to see. the beds were old and sunken toward the edges.

the location was SUPERB! it was close to numerous attractions like the teatro romano and calle larios. i found a convenient taxi rank just at the top of the street. the staff was friendly and check-in was very easy after hours.
i found that the breakfast wasn't available early enough. this proved quite inconvenient since i had an early flight to catch, a shame.

the location was superb. i found the hotel clean and peaceful. the room was comfortable and the bathroom was well-appointed. the staff allowed me to leave my bags after checkout, so i could explore a bit more before heading to the airport which i appreciated.
the breakfast timing posed a slight issue as it started a bit later than ideal for early departures. this meant i missed it due to my early flight.
