The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location is good regarding the local transportation hub. The room was adequate for my visit. It had everything I needed.
The air conditioner did not work . I reported this on the first morning and again mid-afternoon. I received an extra blanket, but the aircon still did not work when I checked out.

I stayed in a room at the back and it was perfect for me! the staff were pleasant, and i found the location very convenient. I enjoyed the short walk to the beach promenade. the room size was good, and everything felt comfortable and clean, which i appreciated. i could walk for hours towards torremolinos.

the location offered a convenient walk of approximately 10 minutes to the central area. nearby there are two cafes and supermarkets are within a 5 minute walk. it is also very close to transportation hubs.

the staff were friendly and helpful, providing an information map of the city. leaving luggage after checkout was easy. the staff were very cute. i found the service very helpful.

my room included bedside lights and a fast, powerful shower. blackout curtains were installed. lots of tv channels were available. the room was more than adequate, i had everything i needed.

The air conditioning did not work. I reported this to the front desk the first morning. I reported it again mid afternoon after returning to the room. I only received an extra blanket. The air conditioning was still broken when I checked out the next day at 10 AM

the hotel was very clean. the staff was nice and changed towels every day.
the wifi was very poor in my room. i also noticed the cold water pressure in the shower was negligible. the air conditioning made a lot of noise at night.

the location was decent shops and the city centre were within a reasonable distance
the wifi signal in my room was practically nonexistent i could barely load a simple webpage the air conditioning unit was also quite loud it disrupted my sleep each night this needs addressing

The room seemed fairly central and was close to the train station.
The towels included some dirty spots, that was disgusting. The beds seemed old and they did smell awful. I don't like this place. No water came out most days either, what a nightmare.
