i found the reception efficient. my room had a pleasant balcony! the location was great, though it was a little difficult to find. i would certainly stay again.
the toilet was too close to the shower! the rooftop bar is great in the summer, though not so great during the none sunny season, as it gets very cold and windy. breakfast choice was very poor, a menu not buffet, not worth paying if you had to pay!

the room was super clean with good linen. i appreciated the big walk in shower in the superior room. the comfortable bed and close view of a lovely church provided relaxation. i also found the airport transfer very efficient.
limited coffee and tea in the room left a bad impression, especially since there was no milk.

reception staff displayed friendly helpfulness throughout my stay. they arranged efficient airport transfers and answered questions promptly. their warm demeanor definitely enhanced my experience at the hotel.

the location is central i found many restaurants and shops nearby the hotel staff was super friendly and helpful at all times the breakfast offered good variety and fresh options the rooftop bar provided really good views with friendly bartenders.
the room lacked a fridge i needed to store a few personal items.

the hotel is located in the city center tourist spots are easily accessible on foot the proximity to the pablo picasso exhibit is convenient shops restaurants and bars surround the area.
