I found the staff helpful. They assisted with directions. the room was very clean. its location proved convenient, close to main attractions.
one morning, there was no hot water, because many people showered, and the hotel ran out. most of the time there wasn't much water pressure.

The helpful staff gave excellent directions. they always greeted me with a warm smile, too! the location was very convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions.

Convenient Hotel with Great Location

The hotel had really kind staff. The reception team spoke good English. (That was a great help!) The rooms were clean upon arrival. I was given a double room, though I booked a single room. The hotel also offers large lockers for luggage storage if you arrive early.
The air conditioning made some noise when turned on. It did not work on my last morning.

The location is close to the city center. Many restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The hotel is also near bus and metro stations, with supermarkets approximately a 3-minute walk away.

Great Central Hotel Experience

The hotel's location is superb. It is very close to the city center and public transportation. The rooftop area provided a nice spot for enjoying coffee. My room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The staff helped me with directions and suggestions for local attractions.
The elevator was a bit slow, causing some delays during peak hours.

Breakfast offered a simple yet satisfactory selection of items. I found the coffee machine near reception very convenient. It provided good coffee at a reasonable price of only 0.80€ per cup.

The front desk staff was friendly and efficient at check-in. They spoke English well and were helpful with all my requests. I appreciated the 24-hour reception. It added to my feeling of safety and convenience.
