the staff were fantastic and very accommodating to requests! the buffet breakfast was abundant. i also really liked that the location was central. it made it easy to explore all of the local areas by foot.
The room i booked was quite small. It was not the best value for money.

The buffet breakfast provided sufficient variety, including fresh items. We could order cappuccinos. lots of friendly staff are always available at the front desk and are also multilingual, which i found useful.

My standard twin room included comfortable beds and a renovated bathroom. I loved it! the hotel provides toiletries. the room and its amenities were very clean, we loved it.

The room size was definitely smaller than I expected. I booked a standard room , and it felt a bit cramped , with barely enough space to move around comfortably. also , the breakfast selection WAS somewhat limited . I was hoping for more variety in the hot food options.

The staff was friendly and helpful. i found the breakfast lovely. They provided a good selection of gluten-free food. the location of the building was perfect for exploring the area.

The air conditioning did not work well. The room was very small, a disappointment. There was no chair in the room for me to sit.
