yogurt variety smooth check-in helpful lift hard spot dust presence missing mugs

the breakfast include a large variety of yogurt. the check-in was smooth even i arrived a bit late. the hotel has a lift, it was helpful with my luggage.

the hotel was hard to spot. my room was not completely clean, i noticed dust. there were no mugs for my kettle to use.

thin walls disappointing breakfast

The walls was like paper. i could hear everything (and i mean everything) happening in the rooms next to me. it wasn't exactly peaceful. breakfast was also a letdown. I've had better airplane food (and that's saying something).

clean room friendly staff tasty breakfast

They found my shirts and jacket left behind and were waiting for me! My room was super clean. Breakfast offered tasty choices. Everyone on staff was helpful and friendly. I felt welcomed.

The soap and shampoo in the room were of lower quality. Small things matter!
