the location was superb, right near the spanish steps. i walked to the trevi fountain in 10 to 15 minutes. the staff was kind and always ready to help, so i felt very welcomed. breakfast each morning was nice.

excellent location and service

the location was superb a few steps from the main building and reception i could see piazza spagna from one of the windows i also appreciated the proximity to the metro spagna it. i found the staff very helpful and efficient particularly riccardo at reception he assisted with all my questions and requests the breakfast buffet on the terrace was a good start to the day i especially liked the food options available there were taxi services outside. the room was modern and spacious with a balcony i was able to get a fine view of the city from the room and could see saint peter's basilica in the distance it was a wonderful addition to my stay the room had everything i needed and was always clean. the staff arranged transportation to and from the airport everything went smoothly breakfast was also very good with a variety of choices i really enjoyed my stay and i appreciated the overall service i would definitely stay again.

my quadruple room was well-furnished and clean ac kept the room at a comfortable temperature the bathroom provided a bidet shower and toilet as expected free bottled water was a great convenience the balcony offered great views.

the staff was cute and helpful providing assistance when needed i found the hotel's arrangement of transportation to and from the airport a particularly efficient service they also offered helpful recommendations and advice that enhanced my visit.
