The staff were very helpful. They were always smiling. Breakfast was great with many options. The restaurant recommendation from the receptionist was also nice. I found the beds comfortable. The room was clean. It had everything needed to feel good.

Breakfast included many options. The food was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed the variety. The coffee was good too. There was even a chocolate fountain on Saturday morning.

The room had a smart TV. There was also an Xbox available for free. I found a water fountain at the reception. The premises are quite well maintained and managed.

the heating system made a humming noise all night. a janitor came to fix it, but he failed. i didn't sleep well because of this constant noise. also, the breakfast pastries lacked variety. i expected more options, but it was mostly the same every day. the food was not AMAZING!!!

I am grateful for great location with metro access. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast included a wide selection of fresh items, I liked it very much. Staff are friendly and also very helpful.
It started at 7.30 am, so it was impossible to sleep.

Staff was very attentive and helpful with directions. Reception was open for 24 hours and responded quickly. I am thankful for their service.

The noise insulation in my bedroom was poor (I could hear the TV next door). The surrounding area did not feel safe at night. The hotel did not offer a wake-up call, despite my request.
