I found this location very convenient, close to many attractions. The beds were quite comfortable. My room was cleaned thoroughly each day I was there. I also appreciated that the price was significantly cheaper than other hotels nearby, while still maintaining quality.

The staff were helpful and pleasant throughout my stay, readily available to answer questions and provide assistance when needed. Sebastian at the front desk was especially helpful and attentive. He quickly helped me with a situation. The service was definitely prompt and reliable.

The location is AMAZING!!! It is literally two minutes walking distance to Times Square. The proximity to transportation was convenient.

The air conditioning was noisy. The windows had condensation that would pool on the window ledge every morning, I found that annoying.

the bed felt really old, every move i made caused a squeak. it was kind of annoying. also, the bathroom was a little disappointing. the water in the shower barely got warm, just lukewarm. i wish it could be hotter.
