The location was quite convenient. I appreciated how close it was to several attractions. The room included a kitchenette, it was very useful.
The room was somewhat noisy. The noise was noticeable at night. I found that the blinds did not block light adequately. The outside flood lights made the room bright.

The apartment included a full stove. There was also a refrigerator inside. I liked the microwave. It helped save money on meals. The staff at the front desk was helpful. They gave clear directions. I also appreciated the laundry machines. There were three washers. The four dryers worked fast.
The room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon each day.

The reception offered assistance with directions. The team addressed issues promptly. For example, wifi issue was fixed quickly. The staff was attentive to the needs.

the air conditioning worked well and that was acceptable .
my room faced the front. windows were poorly sealed. extreme outside noise came from sirens and loud music past 2 am. light poured in, because the blinds did not block it.

i appreciated the location near the subway. the kitchenette in the room included a microwave and refrigerator. a doorman was present, providing added security. the room had ample space for luggage storage and a small dining area.
the air conditioning unit was a bit loud though it worked well
