My room featured modern decor and ample space. I liked the comfortable bed and high-quality linens. The provided coffee maker and fridge were useful amenities. I used them daily. The staff consistently displayed attentiveness, addressing my queries quickly and efficiently. The location proved ideal. It provided easy access to local attractions.

wonderful stay!
central location spacious room helpful staff
the location was awesome, being super close to central park and the subway. our room was spacious, always clean, and very bright. the staff was very nice and helpful. the gym was nice, too, and i would definitely stay again.
i spoke with the assistant general manager and front office manager.

central location spacious room helpful staff
i found the central location awesome. it was super close to central park. my room was spacious and always super clean. the staff was very nice and helpful.
i noted that one of the elevators was out of service for several days . it was an inconvenience when moving between floors. i hope they fix it soon.

mixed feelings on the stay
loose shower door inadequate response
the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
The shower door was a safety concern. It was not properly fastened. the front desk staff failed to address my concerns adequately. It took multiple complaints for them to send someone to look at it, but the issue was not resolved.

The location proved acceptable with many nearby attractions.
I found the closet to be strange. It was actually unusable for hanging clothes. I was a little disappointed with this given the cost.
