the location was awesome, being super close to central park and the subway. our room was spacious, always clean, and very bright. the staff was very nice and helpful. the gym was nice, too, and i would definitely stay again.
i spoke with the assistant general manager and front office manager.

the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
The shower door was a safety concern. It was not properly fastened. the front desk staff failed to address my concerns adequately. It took multiple complaints for them to send someone to look at it, but the issue was not resolved.
