they give dog treats. early check in happen. the location close to main spots exist. i found plush robes and towels. cookies were delicious. i saw a pineapple theme throughout the hotel. front desk staff recommend me a sushi restaurant.

dim roombroken ice machine
The room seemed a bit dim. Even with all the lights on, it felt dark. the thermostat wasn't very responsive. i kept adjusting it, but the temperature barely changed. the lack of noticeable impact made it hard to get comfortable. also, the ice machine on my floor was out of order. i had to go to another floor each time i wanted ice.

I found the location super convenient, especially the easy walk to Pike Place. The refillable water bottle provided at check-in was a lifesaver. I appreciated the water refill station. I thought the bed was COMFORTABLE, and the staff were helpful.
I noticed the bathroom door didn't close completely. This was a minor inconvenience, but I think it should be addressed.
