the hotel is very close to the climate pledge arena. the room was great. the bed provided comfortable rest. we plan to return in the future.
i noticed limited wall sockets in the room and it was difficult to find one for the coffee maker. i needed to plug it in behind a chair and make coffee on my suitcase. the cord would not reach otherwise.

the front desk staff displayed genuinely good-natured attitudes. they were efficient with check-in and stowing bags. staff members also provided paper bowls and plates when i wanted to eat in my room i really appreciated this help.

Excellent Stay near Climate Pledge Arena

I was happy our room was ready before the official check-in time. The staff fulfilled our request for a room with nice city views (it was appreciated!). Very neat place when we entered the room. The staff booked a reliable cruise port shuttle, and it arrived promptly. I think the location is perfect for first-time visitors. A grocery store, CVS, and several food options are within easy walking distance.
