I appreciated the hotel's convenient location. It made getting to nearby attractions simple. The staff were very friendly. I loved the room size, it was generous.
I noticed some issues with the room's maintenance. The furnishings seemed a bit aged. I also found the parking lot very tight. It was difficult to maneuver my vehicle.

The Chihuly Gardens were also close. i found the front desk staff to be very helpful and friendly, ready with recommendations for local food and activities. The arrangements for the cruise ship shuttle were very convenient for onward travel.
the wifi connection was very spotty, SOMETIMES making it difficult to work from the room.

laundry appsmall pool
i was quite annoyed by a couple of things. the advertised laundry facilities do not exist. i found a specific laundry bag in the room, only to be told i needed to use some laundry app.. it was frustrating. also, the indoor pool isn't really large enough for swimming. it seemed designed more for kids splashing around..
