i liked the location it was near the main train station. the room included a kettle with tea and coffee, thats perfect for me. the staff was friendly and quick to help when i needed something, really charmed me.
the air conditioning, didn't respond correctly to settings and the room temperature remained high. i am not quite happy with that.

the reception team gave useful recommendations regarding local attractions. they also assist with baggage storage after checkout which was helpful as my train was later in the day. overall, i am content with the service provided.

noisy environmentunpleasant neighborhood
The room initially looked fine but i soon noticed some issues. the air conditioning didn't respond to any adjustments. the temperature stayed at a stuffy 25 degrees. i had to open the window despite the noise from trams and traffic outside. the surrounding area felt quite unpleasant as well. The neighborhood was really not good.

the room had a modern design and included everything necessary.. the location offers many food options and proximity to the main railway station. firmer pillows were available upon request.

The breakfast had good choices and the staff was helpful enough.
The room lacked a 'PLEASE MAKE UP ROOM' card and instead had only a 'DO NOT DISTURB' card. I requested cleaning and shower gel replacement after my first night there. They replenished the shower gel and took out the garbage but they did not fix the bed nor clean the room. The used cups and spoons remained on the desk along with dirt on the table.

I found the room very clean and well equipped. The bed was indeed comfortable allowing me a restful sleep. The hotel sits close to the main train station and trams pass right outside which is very convenient.
The surrounding area appear a bit unsafe at night, and some may find it worrying.

Breakfast had enough options to choose from, but it can be improved. Coffee at the hotel tasted good. I didn't dine at the hotel any other time though.

The hotel is near Frankfurt Hbf. A short tram ride is needed. A shopping center is about five minutes by foot. The hotel is also in talks to improve the surroundings.
