the hotel is very close to the train station. they kindly held our luggage while we explored the city. the staff was friendly, and the entire experience was convenient!
the air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled and not very effective.

Check-in was smooth. I appreciated the complimentary infused water available in the lobby. The room had closet space for storing clothes. I used the provided hangers and shelves to keep my belongings organized.
The surroundings felt slightly uncomfortable due to the proximity to the main station.

I found the staff quite cute. A good range of choices was available for breakfast. The room was modern and clean. The cleaning staff were helpful when I needed extra assistance. The wifi had a really good connection, a definite plus.
The hotel parking situation could be improved. I couldn't reserve a space, so I had to find alternative parking nearby.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a good selection of items. My room was clean and well kept. I also appreciated the short walk to both the train station and shops.
The immediate area around the hotel had some noticeable pedestrian activity at night.
