quiet harbor getaway
bottled water comfortable bed lovely view
the staff offered bottled water from the lounge fridge, a thoughtful touch during the hot weather , the bed was very comfortable. i received a warm welcome upon arrival and the time taken to give us directions was appreciated. the view was fantastic and i enjoyed the veranda with its table and chairs.
the building needs some minor touch-ups.

the hotel is located a short walk to the harbor , a convenient stroll for enjoying the scenic views. its high position on the well-to-do side of town provides a nothing noisy. there is a lovely walk downhill to the town center.

the breakfast was prepared to order , a full english option available on sunday morning. i found the breakfast to be delicious and satisfying. the prices for the evening meal at such a large hotel were reasonable.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the check-in and check-out process was smooth. the owner was very obliging and accommodating to requests. organizing a taxi was easy with their assistance.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast had good value (i especially liked the bacon). The location was also good, near shops and the local bus route.

Gary at Reception was kind! He put it directly into my bank account. The hotel's location suited me well.
The customer service left something to be desired. I forgot my favorite pillow and asked if they could mail it to me. I offered to pay for everything. The staff seemed uninterested. Our call was cut off, and no one answered when we called again.

warm welcome comfortable bed good view
The welcome I received was very warm. The staff took time to give me directions. I found the white linen on the bed to be very crisp, and the bed itself was comfortable. The view was good. The hotel had a veranda with a table and two chairs. We did love it, the location is excellent. But the stairs, could be an issue for some people. I had a really nice view from the room. But the window had a crack
