noisy streetexcessive room rate
the street outside proved rather busy. a certain amount of noise reached my room. additionally, a slight hiccup with the check-in process caused a minor delay, i put this down to teething troubles. the room rate seemed a tad excessive, even considering the location and time of year.

i loved the location near the high street, the beach, and various restaurants. sylvia and john greeted me warmly. they showed me to my room. my room was large and airy. it had a large bed and ample storage. the ensuite bathroom featured a walk in shower with adjustable power. i really liked the plentiful towels.
the road outside was a bit busy and noisy. it did not bother me too much, though.

the location was near to the beach, it was just a short walk to get there.
our room was room 1 and it had issues. the bed was very uncomfortable, and i did not sleep well. the shower head seemed to have not ever been cleaned, and the shower fixture was broken too.

The room was spacious and very clean. it was well equipped (i especially liked the ample storage space). breakfast was superb and included a freshly cooked full english. i found the hosts cute. They even let me check in early.
the road outside was somewhat busy (though it didn't bother me much).
