the breakfast had a NICE quality. the location was good for reaching the beach and town. dogs stay for free. the bus stop was very close to the front door. there were a few parking spaces AVAILABLE.
I noticed the rooms were not well soundproofed. the shower had many temperature variations. there was no mirror in front of the sink. the sink in the room was partially blocked.

The breakfast had excellent value. Jim really looked after us. He couldn't do enough for us. The location is great and it offers value for money.
The shower had many temperature variations. It also had pressure variations. There wasn't a mirror in front of the lavabo. THE lavabo in the room was partially blocked.

The owner confirmed all my question, was a gentle soul. the room was so clean and warm, with separate spaces for toilet and shower. Everything functioned beautifully. the breakfast spread was a celebration of flavors, with a choice of cereals, full english breakfast items of high quality, toast with jams. there were many drink options, including fresh orange juice.
i noticed there wasn't a mirror placed directly near the sink, this made small morning routines a little difficult.

The room was not soundproof. I could hear everything happening in the hallway, and it was pretty disruptive. Also the shower temperature was very unstable. It kept switching from hot to cold without any warning, so taking a shower was difficult and annoying
