amazing guest house stay!

free drinkwonderful vibeconvenient parking
i loved this place i got a free drink ticket daily it added such a fun little touch to my evenings. the hotel had such a wonderful vibe and people watching from the porch was a real treat. i also found the reserved parking convenient because finding spots can be tricky.
the garden could get quite busy with non-resident visitors and loud music into the evening that did impact the peacefulness sometimes.
Dining

Acceptable stay.

convenient locationbreakfast selectionclose restaurantsbathroom arrangementsmall poolhigh cost
The location offered easy access to many tourist spots. Restaurants and bars were also close. The hotel provided comfortable access to local attractions. Breakfast included fruits and yogurts.
The room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot in the bathroom. This arrangement seemed odd given the available space. The pool was small. It measured about 15 ft by 8ft. The cost did not fully justify the experience.

Charming Stay Steps from Duval Street

ideal locationlive musicvaried breakfastsmall pool
The location was ideal for exploring the area. It was easy to walk to Duval Street. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and hash browns (a nice change from pastries). We also enjoyed the live music in the afternoons.
The pool was on the smaller side. It felt more like a large hot tub than a pool. This made cooling off on hot days a bit difficult.
Rooms
9/10
The King Room featured comfortable bed linen and a cozy atmosphere. The room was well-decorated with attention to detail, and contributing to a feeling of relaxation.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel offers a bar and food truck, providing convenient dining options. Free parking is available , and this is a definite plus. I also saw gardens on the hotel (they were well kept).
