convenient transfer on-time driver quick check-in really good staff
i found the airport transfer very convenient. my driver was on time and cute. check-in was quick and efficient. i appreciated having access to meals, drinks, and nightly entertainment. the staff members were kind, helpful, and always available to assist with any needs.
the gym was quite small and had a limited selection of equipment.

customer service was great. the food was delicious and always well-prepared. i loved the convenient beach access. It was easy to get to the sand and sea.
the music volume was excessive at times making relaxation challenging at certain hours.

I enjoyed the quick check-in process. It was very efficient. the food was tasty with good jamaican options available at every meal. i liked the curry chicken and the fried dumplings at breakfast. They were delicious.

fantastic resort experience
beach access all-inclusive concept convenient location
I appreciated the proximity to the acclaimed doctor's cave beach directly across the street. The hotel supplied complimentary passes. the all-inclusive setup suited what i consider a budget-friendly hotel. not needing to worry about expenses for meals and beverages proved convenient.
during my stay, i found that the elevators were temporarily out of service, posing some challenges when accessing higher floors with luggage.

The room was clean and refreshed daily. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower which i find a great addition. fresh towels were readily available and the room offered ample space for luggage and personal items.
