the grounds were beautiful. i really liked the access to both williams and eaton street. the location is perfect for walking to duval street and other attractions. there's a parking garage available nearby for a reasonable price.
The building is old. A slight musty smell was noticeable in the living room.

i received two five-dollar vouchers for a local bakery. while this was nice, it did not cover much at the bakery. the vouchers were a nice gesture, but i ended up spending more for a full breakfast.
