I arrived late, yet check-in was smooth and friendly! The restaurant recommendations nearby were excellent. It made for a fantastic final meal. I found parking easy right behind the building. The room was clean, and I particularly appreciated the hot shower. The proximity to the rental car return also made my departure stress-free!

The receptionist seemed very rude! I felt judged when a friend visited for just five minutes before we went out. The person spoke without eye contact and seemed to assume the worst. It reminded me of I was in prison. The room had a musty smell and was dusty.

The location was ideal for heathrow airport. a pub is just outside the door. i saw chinese and fish and chip shops very close. i also noticed a petrol station right there. It was very handy. the staff pre-booked a taxi for me, and i really appreciated that.
The metal bed frame creaked and the mattress was hard. It slightly impacted my sleep.
