it was smaller than the photos shows.
security deposit useless app
this place had all the cooking equipment i needed, that was good.
getting in here was not good. i had to pay a deposit, a hundred pounds. i had to download a silly app that didn't even work right and there was no parking left. i wont be staying here again.

Really good Stay
quality linens comfortable bed clean hotel
the hotel was excellently executed. it was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. the bed included high quality linens and was very comfortable. oh and the shower was fantastic.
Checking in was a bit involved. I needed to provide my email address to download an app, and i had to hope it worked when i arrived. there is no staff onsite, so i am unsure how quickly issues would be resolved.

Hosts responded very quickly to messages, which i found very helpful. within minutes, i received a radiator delivered to the room. I found it very thoughtful. the staff were so helpful and kind.

wonderful stay
powerful shower easy check-in
the shower was powerful and had the perfect temperature. the easy check-in process with auto keys was convenient. i was able to cook a full dinner each night, very helpful. the cleanliness was really good.
i found that there was only one towel provided , as well as one hand towel to share.

the bed was super comfy. i found the shower to be the best i have ever used. the room was spotlessly clean , and it had everything i needed for my stay.

thin walls uncomfy bed
the room had everything it needed with a little hob and fridge.
the walls seemed thin, and i could hear a lot of noise from next door until late at night. customer service wasn't very helpful after 9 p.m., and i seemed like i couldn't do much about the noise. the bed was not comfy.
