thin walls
The room was small. breakfast was fine, nothing special. the walls are thin, i heard my neighbors talking and it wasn't a quiet experience. the experience left something to be desired overall. It lacked a certain charm.

the location was acceptable and close to many amenities.
The soundproofing was poor and i could clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms. the bed could have been bigger. It felt small for two adults.

The soundproofing of internal walls could be BETTER. I could hear the TV in the next room. This was a slight inconvenience.

the room was super clean. the bed was really comfortable, i slept well. the location is really central, near all shops and restaurants. lisa, the host, was very friendly, she helped me with everything i needed.
the soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear people in the next room quite clearly. there's no parking available on site, a little inconvenient. the room didn't have a chair or table, so it was hard to do any work.
