the location was really convenient for getting around. the staff were always helpful and friendly . i found the provided breakfast to be quite good, it was a huge array of offerings for a true turkish breakfast. the room had good bathroom facilities.
The tap water had a slight smell to it. It wasn't possible to take a shower with this water.

The breakfast offered a varied selection that included salads, vegetable salads, meat, omelets, and boiled eggs. it also had sweets, coffee, and tea readily available. The breakfast was AMAZING!!!

this hotel is in a amazing location. i found many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. the gul hane tram station is very close. the sauna and steamroom were great after lots of steps. the staff were friendly and helpful. i found christina to be especially cute.
The bidet had very low water pressure. This was inconvenient. the room was small, and using the bathroom felt uncomfortable as well. i believe my personal information may have been shared with scam sites because i received strange messages.

I appreciated the central location. Everything was easily accessible by foot. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially at reception. Their service was efficient. Breakfast offered a large variety of options, from local pastries to salads. The room I had on the third floor was quiet and featured a comfortable bed.
The gym equipment looked a bit outdated. Some machines required maintenance.
