helpful staff great breakfast
The staff helped me immediately with my luggage. The location was great as it was a short walk to many attractions. I received helpful local tips from the reception. The breakfast was delicious and had good variety.
The room I had was smaller than the photos suggested. I also found the water pressure wasn't great. The kettle in my room was rusted. This should be replaced .

central location helpful staff good variety
the location provided easy access to key attractions the staff especially sinan were very helpful with directions the breakfast offered a good variety of options i appreciated the air conditioning in my room it ensured a comfortable stay even during warm days.
the elevator made strange noises i was briefly trapped it caused a delay in my checkout i managed to get out without major incident.

The location was definitely a plus. I easily reached many attractions. The staff helped with directions and suggestions. The breakfast buffet had various choices, including fresh fruit and pastries, I found the service prompt and polite, with staff consistently addressing requests.
The room felt slightly smaller than expected, especially when trying to unpack, but it was manageable.
