the staff was superb. i was given a parking permit which meant i could park right outside the hotel. it was a great benefit, especially during tennis week.
i booked a double room but was given a twin. we also had one random towel, not a hotel style towel but a blue patterned towel, probably left by a previous guest.

the location was really handy for the beach. it were not far from the shops either. i liked this location because it made exploring easy and fun. the room had a good size television too with all them popular apps i watches.
i found some elicit paraphernalia in the drawer too. it seemed like it weren't been checked.

the location was excellent. the staff cared for my case and helped me jump start my car, i appreciated that.
the shower tray needed proper cleaning and the door had building moulds.

the location was convenient to the places i needed to reach.
The room felt quite dated. the bathroom had a noticeable musty odor. also, i heard loud noises from other guests late at night and early in the morning. It disrupted my sleep both nights.

lack of trash can
the room was okay , but you shouldn't look at the details. there was no trash can and no hangers. paint was splattered on the floor and on the chair. the photos of the entrance hall and the lounge did not match those provided. they showed photos of the former hotel. the hotel needs better maintenance.

the location was superb, right by the beach. the staff was very friendly and efficient, assisting me with local information. my room had a kettle with tea and coffee. i also found the provision of bottled water a nice touch.
the hallway carpets showed some wear, needing replacement at some point.

the staff were accommodating. my room included a fridge and a microwave. the hotel had an excellent location near the town centre and the sea front. the hotel is very close to the beach, and this makes it perfect for a sunrise event.
