The staff was very helpful. They allowed us to use a lounge for a meeting and provided refreshments. The suite I had was tidy. It was a nice surprise. The onsite restaurant had attentive staff and delicious food. Portions were big!

The room was too warm. The heating was on high, so I opened windows.

the staff was super friendly and helpful the whole time i was there i got a welcome email with useful details before i even arrived the superior double room was very spacious too it had a huge comfy bed and a separate bath and shower i just loved that. the breakfast selection had tons of choices and was so tasty the serving staff were especially nice and attentive i really liked the prime location near the congress theatre.

the building seemed a bit old and could use some minor touch ups in the decor i noticed a few little things here and there but nothing too major.

my room was spacious it included a big comfortable bed with pristine linen the shower had great water pressure and the separate bath was a total plus after a day out. the cleanliness of the room was excellent.

breakfast offered a fantastic selection with high quality ingredients i found many options i loved the staff was friendly and made the dining experience pleasant the food was well cooked and presented beautifully.

The breakfasts here were AMAZING!!! There was a wide selection available. I also found the location great, very close to both the beach and the theatre. The staff let us use one of the lounges for a work meeting. They supplied refreshments.

The heating was a little too high in my room.

The breakfast selection was amazing! it had a wide variety of foods. the hotel's location was superb. It was close to the beach and several restaurants were just across the street. We loved the area.

I noticed some hair in the shower and on the duvet, made me question the cleanliness a bit. the hand soap, shampoo, and body wash seemed generic. I felt better quality toiletries would show more care .
