room 407 had daily cleaning. i liked the pier and sea view. stevie, the waitress, was very helpful when i had issues with food. the excursions were great and the coach driver was fantastic.
the fire alarm went off early one morning, but thankfully it was a false alarm.

I enjoyed the convenient free parking and the hotel's proximity to local restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful . They answered all my questions. Breakfasts and evening meals were AMAZING!!! I thought the meals were very good.
The double bed was a small size.

the room i had was quite worn. wallpaper was peeling off in multiple spots, indicating dampness. i spent a long time trying to connect to the wifi after getting the password. i eventually gave up as the staff said the wifi had been down since the weekend.

the staff were friendly and the drinks were reasonably priced, so that was alright.
The room i had was not great. The tv was crooked and hung off the wall. also, the towel rail in the bathroom did not work at all.

the hotel seemed a little dark because of poor lighting.
