a decent stay
breakfast room breakfast option helpful staff good location hot water roof leakage
The breakfast room was spacious. It offered ample breakfast options. Staff were helpful (i liked that). The location is close to the Great Orme Tram. It is also a short walk to the promenade.
I stayed on the fourth floor. I had to run the shower for a while to get hot water. I was not told this upon arrival. The room had signs of leakage from the roof at some point. The bed was a little hard.

charming decor really good quality friendly staff
I found the decor charming. breakfast reminded me of a warm embrace, with ingredients of really good quality. the staff were friendly and always ready to help with any request i had. I felt so at ease there.
the shower required patience to get warm, a minor inconvenience to an otherwise perfect retreat.

the staff were helpful. they were very cute and ensured all needs were met promptly. it felt as though everyone genuinely cared about my comfort and enjoyment throughout my stay, lovely.

the location is situated near to the great orme. it is close to a tram and offers a convenient starting point for exploring the area. the position gives easy access to the pier.

The hotel is super clean. i received a beautiful room. It was spacious and bright. breakfast was excellent. it overlooked the garden.
finding a parking space was quite difficult.

clean haven lovely breakfast long shower firm bed
i loved the hotel was clean, a real super clean haven for me. the breakfast was really lovely to, a proper treat each morning. i felt at peace there.
the shower wasnt the best. it took a while to warm, and the bed, it was a tad too firm for my liking, i needed a bit more softness, more yielding.
