fantastic seaside Getaway!
sunrise view friendly staff
the hotel's location is superb i got to see the sunrise over the little orme from my room. everything felt super clean, comfortable, and quiet throughout my stay. the staff were also very friendly and helpful too!

excellent stay near the seafront
excellent location smooth check-in wonderful lady amazing quiet
The location is excellent. It is close to the pier. the cleanliness of the room was excellent. the lady at reception was wonderful and cute. the hotel was also quiet during the night.
i noticed a very slight odor in the hallway.

excellent location amazing view family room shut kitchen no breakfast no refund
the location was excellent with easy access to everything. the view was amazing, and i enjoyed waking up to the sea view. i really liked the family room i booked (it suited my needs).
i was given a leaflet on arrival. it told me the kitchen was shut, so no breakfast was available. i didn't read this until after i had paid, annoying.

Really good Stay with Seafront Views
beach proximity helpful fridge clean environment
The location offered wonderful proximity to the beach and pier. The room featured a fridge, very helpful for storing drinks.. and snacks. Staff upgraded our room, a welcome surprise . The entire hotel maintained cleanliness.
It meant finding an alternative option.

A fridge in the room proved convenient for personal use. Plenty of coffee, milk, and sugar were available. The hotel provided easy access to nearby attractions, including walks, viewpoints, pubs and restaurants.

The staff were very accommodating and were very good. They greeted us warmly and were always ready to assist. They promptly showed us to our room and ensured we had everything needed throughout our stay.

The hotel provided a leaflet upon arrival informing us the kitchen was closed, therefore, breakfast was not available. I had to find a cafe. No refund for the included breakfast was offered at any stage .

modern room great location small bedroom minute bathroom
the hotel had a great location! it was across the road from the pier. the room was modern and the customer service was great too.
the room was quite small and on the third floor. i found it difficult because of my knees. the bathroom was minute too and there wasn't room to change clothing.
