the bedrooms were super clean. tea and coffee facilities were available. the separate lounge with a bar allowed guests to relax and chat. breakfasts offered a great choice to suit all tastes. i found ample on-site parking. once i parked, the pier and town were easily walkable. the hosts were cute and friendly.

I just loved the outdoor seating area under a huge parasol! It had a patio area, so nice! I enjoyed the honesty bar. It now features draft beer and larger on tap.
I wanted to see more vegetarian or vegan options for those who do not eat meat or dairy. That would have been great

The location offered convenient access to key attractions. The on-site car park eliminated parking concerns. My room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was a good experience with several options available. I especially appreciated the attentive service during breakfast hours.
The Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of my room.

My room was located on the ground floor, and a group of golfers returned late and were very loud in the lobby outside my door. This disturbance was unfortunate. there was a narrow window of time for breakfast. i thought it was too restrictive for a hotel of that size.

the hotel included a nice garden. the location proved convenient.
The allocated breakfast slots were restrictive. I was required to choose either 8.30 am or 9.00 am. this was like a very limited choice. i also observed thin, worn towels in the shower room. these issues need addressing .
