The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room had adequate space and the bed was comfortable. The location allowed easy access to transportation.
The shower design caused significant water spillage in the bathroom. This made the floor quite slippery after showering. I found this inconvenient.

the room was clean and cosy. The bed was super comfy, also it was huge. A balcony room provided views, overlooking part of a CANAL.

I found the staff very friendly. the location was ideal, a short walk from leidseplein. a kind lady at reception helped me print my tickets when my phone broke. She also provided directions. overall, it was a really understanding service.
