amazing stay!
great location comfortable bed large bathroom kind staff
this hotel had a fantastic location! it was so close to the arena and main piazza. the room provided everything i needed like a comfortable bed plus a large bathroom and it was clean with great light.. i especially liked the perfume of the soap! the staff were very kind and friendly.
the breakfast room had a low ceiling.. it felt quite cold and lacked windows.

the hotel offers rooms that are nicely refurbished, showcasing center piece headboards that add a stylish touch, i found the bathrooms very attractive too. the main public area is great to relax and it looks just as shown in the pictures online.

i noticed all staff members were super friendly and very helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.. the reception team offered a very warm welcome in a lovely entrance area. they were professional and attentive.

breakfast included a wonderful variety of fresh pastries, fruits, cheeses plus hot options.. everything tasted delicious and provided the perfect start to my sightseeing day. there were many choices available each morning.

I appreciated the hotel's perfect location near attractions. The room had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean. The provided soap had a nice perfume. I found the staff kind and friendly. I especially liked that the room was bright and cute..
The breakfast room became quite hot during peak hours. I wish there was better ventilation in that area.

The hotel has a great location. It is walkable to the key areas.
The bed and pillows were not comfortable for me. It is likely a personal preference but I struggled to rest well. I found this quite disappointing.
