the hotel room was clean and quiet. breakfast was complete with various options in a super clean area. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. the staff were friendly and provided luggage storage before check-in time.
the toilet felt a bit cramped due to its placement in the corner of the bathroom.

The pillow density was not ideal, and I would have preferred a more supportive pillow.

the air conditioning barely functioned. the room temperature remained uncomfortably high throughout my stay. i also found the breakfast location inconvenient, as it required a walk to another building. this was especially unpleasant in the morning, limited air conditioning, inconvenient breakfast location

stained bed sheetsforgotten towels
the cleaning wasn't great. i found stains on the bed sheets , and they weren't changed even after i told someone. replacement towels were also forgotten. i ended up using a towel to cover the stain and tried to ignore it.
