The breakfast buffet had a fantastic choice of food! i especially loved eating on the terrace each morning. the staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave great information about local attractions.
my room was a bit small. i also found the stairs to the first floor reception difficult with luggage, even though there was a lift after that. the noise from the piazza at night was quite loud!

i booked a room thinking it would be quiet. unfortunately, noise from the street kept me awake. also, i was a little disappointed the breakfast selection seemed limited. there were not many hot options.

the location was amazing just off the market square. the lady in the kitchen offered to bring the breakfast tray to the outdoor terrace because there were steps. i really liked the breakfast, it had eggs, yogurt, and lots of fresh fruit. i especially appreciated the gluten-free bread options.
i think the price per night was a bit much for what the hotel offers.

single plug socketineffective air conditioning
my economy double room felt a bit cramped i found only one accessible plug socket , made charging my devices difficult also i noticed some noise from nearby establishments late at night the noise disrupted my sleep each night the hotel could benefit from soundproofing to ensure guests rest better i also had some issues with the air conditioning it was not as effective as i would have liked

The breakfast was acceptable. It offered a range of choices for italian standards.
The economy room i booked lacked a proper window. There WAS only a small window near the ceiling, this was not ideal. I also believe the hotel classification may be generous, it SEEMS the price per night is high for what is provided.

The staff helped me immediately upon arrival, carrying my luggage up the stairs to the lobby. i enjoyed the terrace on the first floor. It overlooks piazza erbe! the shower's water pressure and temperature surprised me. I thought it was as good as a five-star hotel.
the plug socket in my room made charging my devices slightly inconvenient.
