the hotel breakfast included western options. it was adequate.
the room lights could not be completely turned off at night. the air conditioning was difficult to keep on. checking in was difficult. i was charged extra for checking out only 10 minutes late.

the staff was helpful. they assisted with luggage storage on both check-in and check-out days (this was very convenient). the shower temperature and water pressure were satisfactory. the room cleaning service changed towels daily.
My room was quite small. It was hard to fully open a large suitcase. the breakfast options were somewhat repetitive. every day offered almost the same choices. the walk to the nearest station felt long with heavy luggage.

The staff was super cute!!! the room was clean and quite spacious for what i expected. i also appreciated that the location is really convenient. It is near several subway stations.

The room was more spacious than other hotels I've stayed at. I found USB ports by the bed which was convenient. The brightness of the ceiling light was adjustable, a feature I liked. Free refreshments and snacks were a nice touch, especially after a long day.
The automatized check-in required assistance, it wasn't fully automatic.

The hotel is in a central area and close to multiple subway stations. Several restaurants and convenience stores are nearby. Bakurocho station is less than a ten-minute walk from the hotel.

I was a bit disappointed. the breakfast selection was limited (especially for someone who doesn't eat meat). also, the soundproofing wasn't the best. I could hear noise from the hallway at night.
