i liked the free coffee and cookies available 24 hours a day near the lobby it allowed me to relax whenever i wanted. the location was great near the skytree i could easily access nearby attractions. the staff were helpful they addressed my inquiries promptly.

the toilet lid had an automatic feature i found a little annoying i sometimes didn't intend to open it.

the atelier room was a masterpiece, inspiring creativity and serenity. i loved the projector, a good touch even if a little tricky to configure, which became our own personal cinema for a nice viewing of godzilla! being within a stroll of a captivating, lesser-known district added to the charm, especially with skytree illuminated for christmas.

the curtain, while beautiful, offered minimal sound isolation in the bathroom.

the hotel enjoys a location in a quiet area. oshiage station and skytree are less than a ten minute walk. the nearby station grants direct access to shibuya and haneda and narita airport. many excellent restaurants are right outside the front door.

the room was pretty spacious!! the communal space was really nice to relax in after exploring all day. i especially loved the tea bag selection, so many choices! the detox water was also a plus.

The room was definitely on the smaller side, i know it's typical, but it was still a bit cramped with luggage. the toiletry shelves had a weird shape, things kept falling off of them, seriously annoying. the wifi was also kinda slow. I ended up using my mobile data most of the time.

the hotel location was great (really easy to get around). i also loved the modern design and the free coffee in the morning. plenty of restaurants were located close by. it was easy to get to many locations across the city.

the room was not very clean. i saw other people's hair everywhere, even on the surfaces. there were not enough places to hang towels or clothes. the room was also a little small.
