Convenient stay in city location
ample storage clean room decent lobby great staff
My room had ample space for clothes storage and keeping things organised, I found that very helpful. A supremely clean and tidy room met me, and the television worked perfectly. I could relax in the evenings. The hotel lobby looked decent, and the interior design looked good overall. Staff at night were great, especially the young gentleman at the reception desk, I sadly do not recall his name.
During my stay the room lights were not optimal, as they provided a stark ambience , made relaxing harder.

The room was spacious, equipped with dark mahogany furniture that gave a special antique feel. It was quite unusual. A big double bed ensured restful nights. This room became a supreme and unexpected plus . Blinds are partially broken.

spacious room different sizes good size
i found the room very spacious i really appreciated the storage for my luggage there were also many mirrors of different sizes which was a nice touch the bed felt a good size and had plenty of pillows

harsh lighting damaged blinds
The room lighting really bothered me. It was harsh and unwelcoming. there were no lamps next to the bed, a real miss. the room felt quite worn, and i noticed the blinds were damaged, that's a shame. the bathroom had this stale cigarette smell too. It wasn't pleasant.

huge room art deco helpful receptionist
i booked a supreme twin and received a double bed. i loved the room's size and feel (it seemed like stepping back in time). art deco and dark mahogany furniture added to the unique experience. the receptionist was pleasant and helpful upon arrival and departure.
i noticed there were no available iron or ironing board.

fresh air helpful staff
My room had a window that opened wide, offering fresh air inside. The location proved convenient for my needs during my short trip. I found the staff to be helpful and approachable (especially when I needed directions to a nearby shop).
The walls seemed thin, and noises from adjacent rooms were quite audible. This impacted my ability to relax fully in the evenings. I recommend earplugs for light sleepers.

fast check-in clean room handy location awful ports plug sockets missing glass
check-in was fast. the room was clean. the location suited my needs.
the charging ports were not working well. i found a lack of plug sockets. the door peep hole lacked glass.

excellent lighting helpful staff
The room offered plenty of storage for luggage. This was very helpful. the mirrors, all different sizes, added a nice touch, especially in the bathroomwith excellent lighting. the reception staff was helpful. They assisted me with directions to my room because there were many twists and turns.
the key card on the door was replaced with a yale lock and i was told, 'don't lose that key because that's the only one we have'.
