musty smellcold water
The room smelled a bit musty (I think it needed airing). The shower only had cold water. I mentioned this to the receptionist in the morning, but it was too late for them to do anything. there were only a few shared toilets for many rooms.

The room was quite super clean and cozy. I found GREAT value for the money I paid. The facilities were perfect for my needs. Breakfast provided good value as well.
My room was very dusty, this was a PROBLEM. There was also a mark of blood on the wall. I also noticed the glass table had marks on it.

the location proved quite convenient for accessing both the bus and train stations. a short walk led to the theatre and various restaurants. breakfast gave a good start to each day. the place offered a comfortable environment.
I noticed that the walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some sounds from adjacent rooms.

the staff were perfect and friendly plus my room was very clean and tidy.
the cooked breakfast was not included and that was a huge disappointment. i saw what the cooked breakfast actually was and i would have been sorely disappointed if i had paid for it. the bathroom was unclean and the pipes to the sink were hanging off.

I found the staff helpful with luggage storage after checkout, really convenient. My single room was sufficiently clean and provided adequate space. The complimentary breakfast (toast and cereal) was a welcome touch (I always appreciate a simple start to the day!).
The soundproofing could definitely be improved. I could hear conversations next door, distracting at times.

The staff accommodated my late check-in with no problems. They also offered assistance with directions to nearby attractions. The reception area was tidy and cute.

My room included a shower and sink, even though it was a non-ensuite room. The bed had clean linens and two pillows. I found the space adequate for a short stay (plus, there was a TV!).

The breakfast was not good at all. It was not worth the title of a bed and breakfast. the service also fell short. i expected more from a place calling itself a b&b. i found it quite disappointing.
