The hotel is fine. The shared spaces are clean and well stocked with all essentials. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the sink in the room.

the owner welcomed me warmly. the location offered easy access to the town centre and the train station, very convenient. i had a fridge in my room for drinks and snacks, it was useful. a kitchenette upstairs had a microwave. free water.
the online description mentioned parking, but it wasn't available when i got there. this caused some initial difficulty, so i had to find alternative solutions for my vehicle.

a kitchenette on the landing provided cereals, biscuits, and hot drinks. a shared bathroom included free shower gel, it was nice. a great outdoor area was available for smokers and vapers.

My room had a sink and a fridge, really useful. the decor was amazing and the bed was so comfy. It. the double room private bathroom was super clean, i liked that.

The location allowed a short walk to union square. It was convenient. the guesthouse sat on a quiet street, away from noise. the railway station was handy too. it was very easy to move around.

The shared kitchenette had a microwave and tea. (I love tea!)
The parking situation was not ideal. The back lot was full, and there were no clear instructions about alternatives. I also noticed a distinct cigarette odor in the foyer, a serious downside for a non-smoker like myself.
