Mobin, the manager, was so nice and helpful. He. the breakfast was delicious. I especially liked the variety of choices. i appreciated the clean and tidy condition of the room. the provided information about local eateries was helpful too.
The stairs were a bit tricky. I needed assistance with luggage, but this was quickly provided.

The location was convenient for accessing different parts of the city.
The shower was NOT powerful. Regulating the temperature was difficult. There was only a coat rack, so closet space was minimal. the old windows let in quite a bit of street noise.

the location was alright. it was close enough to walk to places.
The room was a disaster. the shower head was broken, and the bathroom was moldy. the bed was also terrible. I had a really restless sleep. the breakfast wasn't much better, with only the eggs being decent.

I appreciated the delicious breakfast. It was made to order, and the host provided lots of helpful information about the area. Securing transport to my next stop was simple, thanks to the staff's assistance. The owner answered my questions thoroughly and seemed genuinely interested in helping guests. I found the room suitable for my needs.
The walk into town took about half an hour, a bit farther than I expected.
