The location was amazing, very close to the Rialto Bridge. The staff were so lovely and helpful to me. The breakfast was nice and they offered gluten free options.
The room felt a little run-down (it was fairly dark). The housekeeping wasn't great . There was a partly used bottle of water in the room.
